Dr. Rachel A. Ruotolo is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Vice President of New York Plastic Surgical Group. She specializes in pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery, with advanced expertise in cleft lip and palate repair, craniosynostosis treatment, and complex craniofacial reconstruction in children and adults. Over the course of her career, she has performed more than 11,000 surgical procedures, including close to 1,000 cleft surgeries.

In addition to her role at NYPS Group, Dr. Ruotolo serves as co-director of the Cohen Children’s Hagedorn Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Center, where she leads multidisciplinary care for patients with congenital craniofacial conditions. She is widely respected for her compassionate approach to family-centered care and her commitment to advancing surgical outcomes for children with complex craniofacial diagnoses.
